Among the intense applications, 3 female and 3 male candidates were selected for the program. 6 new graduates from Electrical and Chemical Technology Departments will go through a structured training process for 2 years and have the opportunity to work with this talent program, which is a pioneer in the sector.

Trainings within the scope of the program is designed to cover production, quality, and maintenance departments, which are among the most valuable business unit areas of the cement industry. The participants, who will receive a rich theoretical and practical training, will be assigned to their respective departments after the first year and continue the development process for another year.

HR Director Melek Özen on the subject: While designing the "Build Your Future" talent program, we focused on our need for trained workforce, and we were led by our Çimentaş HR strategy. With the aim of going from different to unique, we have created a comprehensive project, including an employment plan for blue collars, by doing what has not been done in our sector. We have been committed to our company values in the fields of human value and inclusion-diversity, and we have made it easier for new graduates to step into business life with the aim of enriching their professional knowledge. We have completed our elections without discriminating between men and women, and I would like to share with pleasure that a female candidate who graduated from the electrical department was included in our main list. I hope the project will set an example for our sector that makes a difference in blue collar and women's employment.'
