Orientation Process
All employees on-boarded are included in a structured orientation program. After a comprehensive orientation week in which the business processes of all departments are conveyed, the adaptation of people to the Company accelerates with corporate training programs on Company culture and operation. Every new Çimentaş employee has a supporter, which we call BuddyCim.
